We are pleased to announce the CFP for 3rd Edition of Off-By-One Conference in Singapore, aimed at shaping the future of offensive security and advancing regional research in this area.

A gathering of offensive cybersecurity professionals, researchers, thought leaders and innovators from around the region during these two days and two tracks conference on a deep and offensively-focused content.

We are seeking presentations on offensive security topics such as but not limited to:

- Detection of In The Wild Exploits
- Mitigation bypass techniques on major operating systems
- Novel vulnerability research on mobile platforms
- Vulnerability discovery
- Web, Cloud & Agentic Deployment (In)Security

Submission: Talks will be 30 or 45 minutes including Q&A. The language of presentation will be English.
